What personal information do we collect from the users that visit our website?
When registering on our site you may be asked to enter: name, email address, mailing address, phone number, date of death or other details to complete the process.
How do we use this information?
We use the information to: validate the person submitting the registration is real; and to ensure the details of the deceased are accurate. The details of the deceased are added into our marketing list, and this list is sold to our clients with the sole purpose of these same details being removed from the clients existing marketing lists. Client audits are scheduled to ensure this data is not miss-used.
How do we protect your information?
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all information registered is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
